Delivery Information
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 6-10 working days. During Sale days, this might get delayed further.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order, and send an email to you informing about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner the payment was made.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and & write to us at info@axclip.in or whatsapp at +91 82387 11383 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Note: If you placed a COD order, there will be a verification call which is mandatory to complete, to process the order. This causes a 1-2 day delay in dispatch. If you want faster delivery, please place prepaid orders
Cancellation by AXCLIP
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees in I accept policy.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
You will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
