Is it necessary to log in on AXCLIP.in?

Yes, It is mandatory to register on AXCLIP.in for processing your order.

What material are these bags made up of?

The bags are made of leather and fabrics like Nylon, Cotton, PVC, etc. All materials are sourced from various parts of India.

Are the bags washable?

In case of light strains, you can clean the fabric part by taking a wet cloth and wiping the fabric. Do not clean the fabric with oil or any other chemical.

Are the bags waterproof?

The bags are water-resistant, which means it can hold some water spillage for some time on the surface. Prolonged exposure to water will result in water getting inside the bag.

What is estimated delivery time?

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 6-10 working days. During Sale days, this might get delayed further.

 

Note: If you placed a COD order, there will be a verification call which is mandatory to complete, to process the order. This causes a 1-2 day delay in dispatch. If you want faster delivery, please placed prepaid orders.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier Person with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support and intimate the action immediately.

How can i return my order if i got damaged or different product ?

To return your product please drop e-mail on (info@axclip.in) with your reason for return. Also you can connect on our customer care number. 

For Which reasons can I return my product? And for what reason can I not return my product?

You can only return if your product is damaged or the product is different from your order. You cannot return the product in circumstances where you do not like the product's color, size or if you do not like the product.

Within how many days can I return my product?

You must submit a request for return by email or phone within 3 days of the order being delivered to you

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message stating that your order has been placed successfully.

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number /AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
